We have been using this on my child with mild eczema as he has been refusing to use the thicker emollients but he loves kokoso and the smell of it. We apply this lotion after applying the coconut oil and it has helped manage his eczema. It's light and easy to use and not too thick on the skin.

I absolutely love this body lotion from Kokoso. My baby can suffer from dry skin, particularly on her tummy where her nappy sits, but if I apply the body lotion in the morning it stops the dry skin from appearing. It’s so soothing, it’s works so well on her cheeks too when they become a little dry. We use it all over, especially after a bath. The smell is gentle but delicious. Thank you Kokoso for creating something kind to babies skin with no nasty chemicals or perfumes. We love the Kokoso products.

Great cream! Baby’s skin has been reacting badly to a different brand but still had dry skin. This cream is great in texture and has been helping her a lot without any reaction. The smell is a little strange though and doesn’t really smell of coconut, so will order the unscented one next time.

My boys skin has never been better. We used this since birth after we got the go ahead to use products on a newborn after EPADERM was leaving his skin too oily. This lotion is a god send, it isn’t listed as topical for eczema but I would 100% always go to Kokoso with my future children as it clears up any skin condition and I’d you keep ontop of it applying it daily into a routine it really helps their skin glow. I use this x2 a day as a morning and night routine and my 5month old skin is amazing

We love using this lotion on my two daughters. It’s easily absorbed into skin leaving them soft, hydrated and smelling lovely.
Only complaint is the pump bottle….its really difficult to get to the last bits of the lotion at the bottom of the bottle - there is often quite a bit that the pump cannot dispense.
A tube would be much easier.

With Kokoso baby lotion,it worked and slowly the rashes have been down a little bit.
I used to apply Kokoso coconut oil since his birth but never came across the lotion.

Lovely smelling cream has helped my 6 month old baby’s eczema since using, it doesn’t keep it away but makes it more manageable. I have since bought the raw coconut oil also but don’t feel as though that has been making as much of a difference as this lotion did so wouldn’t buy that again. The only negative I would say is that the lotion is quite expensive for the size of it, I’ve used it for a week and am already down to the last bit and having to think about ordering more.
