We absolutely love this nappy cream! We’ve been using it for a while with our first son and have had zero nappy rash since. Just purchased it for our newborn and we’ve had no nappy rash at all either! Highly recommend, also a lovely company and I have the hand sanitiser, coconut oils and hair brushes! Brilliant cream. Ever since my boy had Hand, foot and mouth his bottom has been made easily sore. Nothing was working well enough or quick enough. This cream has helped loads. Love how easy it is to use.
Only issue I have is you cant see inside the bottle so cant tell when you are running out until you nearly have.

Fantastic to find a non-lanolin (I'm allergic to lanolin), non-sticky nappy rash cream that is very effective!
After trying a few different brands, we're so happy to have found this one as it has relieved redness very quickly & doesn't leave a stickyness like some other brands.
The design of the tube is great too as it's very practical dispensing with one hand.

I am obsessed with this nappy cream I love the applicator! As you can see in the video I can get the nappy cream out with one hand which is just perfect with you have a wriggly baby! My baby has not had any nappy rash at all since switching to the Kokoso nappy cream.

My baby had nappy rash when teething and this wasn’t ‘strong’ enough to heal him skin - we had to change back to Sudocrem. Saying that I am reordering now to try and see if it can protect skin that isn’t so angry looking now that nappy rash has healed. Prefer the ingredient profile of Kokoso products.

Seems to be a good nappy cream.
Only downside is the logo on top. It easily comes off, baby scratched it with the nails and had purple stuff in his nails.
I had to remove all of it with wipes and water as I found it potentially dangerous

I absolutely love the Kokoso Nappy Cream – it’s amazing! It’s become my go-to for treating and preventing nappy rash. Every time my baby starts to show signs of redness or irritation, I apply a little of this cream and the difference is noticeable within hours. It’s so soothing and gentle on my baby’s sensitive skin.
One of my favorite things about it is the natural smell – it’s subtle, fresh, and doesn’t have that overpowering scent that some creams do. I really appreciate that it’s made with natural and organic ingredients, so I feel confident knowing I’m using something safe and kind for my baby.
The texture is rich but not greasy, and it creates a lovely protective barrier without clogging the skin. I also love that a little goes a long way, so the tube lasts quite a while.

Kokoso has been a part of our journey since before my son was born in August 2023.
I bought the hairbrush, sanitiser, coconut oil and sponges for his little kit initially… and have continued to use them until this day.
The sanitiser lasts absolutely ages, as does the coconut oil, I’m still on my first tub! He had a bad case of nappy rash, and only this coconut oil made any bit of difference to it despite using other well known brands - in one day it had massively improved and when we saw the doctor he even advised to continue using this.
We continued to use it as nappy cream after this but I did find it was a bit easy to put too much on which made it too wet and sometimes didn’t help rashes (it had to be used sparingly) so when I saw the nappy cream released I was so excited to try - I also didn’t like scraping the coconut oil from the tub it didn’t feel very hygienic. We love the cream so far, it’s definitely helped him get over a recent teething nappy rash and the design of the tub is genius, no more scraping into tubs with your fingers!
Definitely recommend all of the Kokoso products I’ve used, I’m sure I’ll continue to buy them for as long as we need, great value for money.

Love this cream as it almost immediately reduces redness in the area. It's lightweight and doesn't build up so you can keep applying it on a regular basis. I love the container, very hygienic and easy to dispense the amount you need. Would highly recommend getting it. My baby is weaning so her bottom is getting sore but this is calming it right down.

Unfortunately we won’t be buying this cream again. We purchased on the 21st Jan, and we ran out on the 9th Feb. So didn’t even get one month usage out of it. Also the purple design on the lid needs to be reviewed because bits of it came off with every use which was annoying. The cream itself is okay, baby didn’t suffer any rash whilst using it. However I needed to push it down at least 3 times to provide enough coverage for my 15 month old. Also there is no way of taking it apart so as to get all the wasted cream from around the container.

We're loving the nappy cream!! It doesn't leave any white marks like suncream and goes right into the skin just like the kokoso oil.. its pretty much been the only product that's healing my finger eczema (I've had it since June) it's amazingggggg magic cream!
